We are very active as a club and love to share our news and achievements. Here you will find some of the amazing things that the plodders get up to through our Newsletter and see what events we have coming up.

• In September 2024 head coach and chairman Gary Manley completed his 250th parkrun volunteer! He has also completed over 300 parkruns and is event director for Eastbourne junior parkrun and is always after volunteers.
